PAYMENT I accept payment by Paypal and bank transfer. You can use any credit card, debit card or current account to pay through Paypal without having to open a Paypal account, at no extra cost.
POSTAGE Delivery to UK addresses will be by Royal Mail 1st Class posted on the next working day after receipt of your payment, or often on the same working day if I receive cleared payment by 3pm GMT, but this is not guaranteed. I post worldwide - check the listing for rates, and please be aware that import duty or other local taxes may be payable on import into your country - you are responsible for paying these. Signed-for delivery is a chargeable option. For your protection and mine, I will only deliver to your Paypal registered address. Please ensure that this is the address you provide in your order to avoid any delay in receiving your goods.
Shipping rates are based on weight. Tracked delivery is available at extra cost. Higher value orders may be sent tracked at my discretion and expense and will require a signature on delivery. If the checkout system does not provide a shipping cost for your order please contact me and I will offer the most cost-effective solution for the content of your order and your location.
Keynotes / Fretnotes Special rates are offered for small orders consisting of Keynote / Fretnote products only. Please select this option for the best deal on shipping (free to the UK!) but ONLY if your order consists exclusively of these products.
DELIVERY TIMES - I endeavour to post all items on the working day following receipt of cleared payment, or on the same day if payment is received by 3pm GMT, but this is not guaranteed. Where I anticipate any delay I will inform you of the likely delivery time and you will have the option of cancelling the sale.
Please note: Royal Mail delivery times are an "aim", not a guarantee - they do not consider an item lost until delivery is 14 days overdue. Please allow up to 7 working days for UK delivery and 14 working days for overseas delivery before contacting me. If you need an item urgently please get in touch before ordering. Express services are available (and expensive!), but for simplicity are not offered at checkout.

UK - 90% delivered the following day. Europe - 3-5 days. Worldwide - 5-10 days. These are typical times and vary from country to country - Israel, for instance, seems to have delivery times that vary between 5 days and 2 months....
GUARANTEE - I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. I do my best to make sure things go smoothly with every sale, but mistakes sometimes happen, and delivery services or the weather are not in my control. If for any reason you are not happy, then please GET IN TOUCH as soon as possible. I will always resolve a problem to the buyers satisfaction, but I can't do that if I don't know about the problem! If I cannot resolve the problem I will refund your money.
RETURNS - Returns are accepted, and I comply fully with UK Distance Selling Regulations. Please notify me that you wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt, and I will provide you with a return address. Goods must be returned in new condition with all original packaging and accessories within 10 days. Please make sure you include your order number so I can trace your order. A full refund of the purchase price including P&P will be made. You are responsible for paying the P&P charges to return the item to me, unless the item is faulty. Please use a traceable method when returning goods as I cannot accept liability for goods returned to me that I do not receive - you have a duty of care for returned goods until received by me. Consumable items, e.g. paint, ink cartridges etc. may not be returned once opened, so please ensure that the product is suitable before purchase.
