Unlike some stores, we don't expect you to go through the entire ordering and registration process before you find out what delivery is going to cost. So before you start filling your basket, here is what you will pay for delivery. We've tried to keep this as simple and transparent as possible.

The above charges apply to 99% of orders - nothing we sell is very heavy! They are based on Royal Mail services, with a small charge for packing and handling. If the products in your basket weigh more than 1Kg you will get a message inviting you to contact us - we can then offer the most cost-effective solution based on your requirements and location - often this is not Royal Mail.
If you need your order by a certain date, e.g. for a gift, then PLEASE use tracked delivery - items ordered before 3pm GMT Monday - Friday will normally be sent the same day, but with standard delivery we have no way of knowing where it is or when it will arrive.
